There are many activities available to members at our monthly meetings and throughout the year. At each meeting, tables are set up offering opportunities to participate, connect, and stay informed. This Members Area provides convenient access to key information and resources just for guild members.
At each meeting, members bring projects that they have completed to show everyone. Some projects are their own inspiration, others are from workshops sponsored by the guild, and still others are from other classes members have taken.
The guild newsletter is published monthly and includes a message from the guild president, updates on upcoming activities, and important reminders. It also features the list of current officers, minutes from both the general and board meetings (for those who may have missed them), and other news and tidbits of interest. Don’t forget—there’s also a reminder for next month’s birthday members to bring a small “gift” for the monthly drawing table. Newsletters from the current fiscal year will be available here.
Each year, the guild creates a beautiful raffle quilt as a major fundraiser. The Design and Construct Committee selects the pattern and coordinates member participation in making the quilt. The new Opportunity Quilt is revealed at the June meeting, and the previous year’s quilt is raffled off. Details and photos of the current year's quilt will be shared here.
The guild uses a variety of forms to collect information and process reimbursements for guild-related expenses. You’ll find all the current forms available here for easy access and download.
The guild's Bylaws have been revised several times over the years to reflect our evolving needs. The most current version is always available here for members to view or download.
